- The credit card information that was given during booking process is only for the guarantee of reservation. Metro hotel will not charge to the credit card, unless you fail to follow our cancellation policy.
- Cancellation or amendment must be made no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival to avoida cancellation charge of 1 room night. If cancellations is made on 2 days(or less) before check in date or incase of no-show, 100% of cancellation penalty will be applied.
